Helene has more than 3 decades of sales, marketing and customer operations experience, including over 18 years in college dining operations.

G4U Foodservice Consulting is in a unique position to provide foodservice organizations with marketing and sales expertise.

Prior to launching G4U Foodservice Consulting, Helene was the Vice President of Marketing for ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston and was responsible for overall marketing strategy, communication, customer engagement, promotions, brand management, and innovation development. Under her strategic marketing leadership, Lamb Weston launched multiple new and nutritionally reformulated products and product lines – including a wildly successful sweet potato platform.

Strong Credentials

Helene Clark has served on the Executive Board/Board of Directors of the School Nutrition Association, Child Nutrition Foundation and National Association of College and University Food Services, as well as numerous industry advisory boards and committees.

Helene completed her undergraduate studies with a B.A. in Economics and Physical Anthropology from Duke University. She earned her M.B.A. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Helene is also credentialed as a School Nutrition Specialist.
